Terms of Use
These terms form the agreement between you and WebinarSignals when you create an account or connect your Zoom account.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. The service
WebinarSignals reads webinar reports from the Zoom account you authorise and presents analytics: retention curves, watch-time leaderboards, engagement scoring, buyer-intent signals and AI-drafted follow-up messages. We read data only; we never create, modify or delete anything in your Zoom account.
2. Accounts
You must register with a valid email address and verify it with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single organisation; do not share logins with third parties.
3. Zoom integration
Connecting Zoom requires you to grant OAuth consent. You confirm you have authority to authorise access to that Zoom account and to process the attendee data it contains. Your use of Zoom remains governed by Zoom's own terms. You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard or by removing the app in the Zoom App Marketplace.
4. Your responsibilities for attendee data
Webinar registrants and attendees are your contacts. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to import it and to contact those people. Any outreach you send using messages drafted in WebinarSignals must comply with applicable marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not import data from Zoom accounts you do not own or administer.
- Do not resell, scrape or bulk-export the service's output as a standalone product.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access other customers' data.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing or deceptive outreach.
6. AI-generated content
Follow-up drafts are produced by an automated model and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every message before sending it. We make no claims about the accuracy or performance of generated content.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zoom API availability, plan limits and scope grants are outside our control and may affect what data can be pulled. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebinarSignals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost revenue. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your Zoom tokens and imported data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
